Setup steps
- Sign in and open Dashboard.
- Go to Notifications/Widget.
- Choose Enable Pulse on this device.
- Approve the browser notification prompt.
- Use Send test to verify delivery.

Pulse is the QRScanInk notification layer for scan alerts, service requests, report notices, destination errors, and admin updates.
Install QRScanInk to the Home Screen first, then open the installed app and enable Pulse. iOS requires installed web apps for browser push notifications.
Chrome and compatible Android browsers can enable Pulse directly from the dashboard after notification permission is granted.
Modern desktop browsers use the same Web Push flow and appear in the dashboard device list.
If delivery fails, check browser notification permissions, the dashboard device list, and whether your system administrator has Pulse credentials configured.
